George Weifert was a prominent industrialist and entrepreneur, Weifert whose contribution to the development of Serbian economy and culture was invaluable.George Weifert graduated from the Academy in Vajenštefanu beer in Bavaria, There he learned how beer is made according to the Bavarian purity law of beer – only 4 basic ingredients – water, barley, hops and yeast.
